Frequently asked Questions
We strive to make and post all orders within 1-3 business days. If it will take any longer than that, you will be notified of the delay and the cause for it. Once your order is posted, provided you selected a tracking method with tracking you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.
Due to covid there are delays to be expected with post all over Australia, So we cannot offer a promise of delivery time at this stage.
As most of our products are custom made to order, please choose carefully as we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind.
If a product does not meet your expectations please get in touch and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
If you selected a tracking method that included tracking you will receive an email with your tracking number when it is posted.
If you can’t find it, you can check your order history under my account to view the status of your order and view the tracking number.
If your order has already been shipped unfortunately there is nothing that we can do.
If the order gets returned to us we can issue a refund for the item cost excluding the shipping cost or repost it with the correct address.
If we have not shipped your order yet please use the contact form to let us know you would like to change the address.
We ship worldwide if Australia Post does! Enter in your shipping address at the checkout and our system will automatically work out the cost.
Due to COVID please expect delays on international orders.
